I designed a logo for the app and created a high-fidelity prototype featuring simple visual styles and familiar, clickable CTA buttons.
Usability Study
I recruited 4 users to participate in a moderated usability study, which was conducted remotely via Zoom and recorded for future reference. I provided prearranged tasks and observed the users' actions during the test, noting any pain points or areas for improvement.
Problem statements and solutions for enhancing the project and aligning with Social Wallet's goals.
New Iteration & Usability & User Impact
To enhance the user experience, I iterated on the design by incorporating insights from a usability study. I repeated the usability study and assessed the user impact by utilizing pre-determined key performance indicators (KPIs) as metrics for evaluation.
100% of our participants successfully completed the task of seeing their account history immediately. The success rate has increased by 50%.
100% of our participants felt fully confident that they chose the bank account for the money transfer and they hit immediately to “Transfer” CTA button.
The new iteration increased how fast users achieve the task by 35%. The average task completion time has decreased from 31.2 seconds to 10.8 seconds.
